Phase 3 Study of Nexavar Versus Sunitinib in Adjuvant Setting*
Study Design: Randomized, placebo-controlled study
Patients:  Patients with advanced RCC that has been removed by surgery with no evidence of residual disease
Purpose:  To compare the efficacy of Nexavar versus sunitinib versus placebo by assessing the differences in disease progression and overall survival
Location: U.S.

Phase 2 Dose-Escalation Trial*
Study Design: Randomized, open-label treatment
Patients:  Patients with previously untreated metastatic RCC
Purpose:  To compare the efficacy of a dose-escalation regimen to the standard dosing regimen of Nexavar, as well as to evaluate safety and tolerability
Location:  U.S.

Phase 2 Study of Nexavar, Bevacizumab and Temsirolimus*
Study Design: Randomized, four-arm study
Patients:  Patients with advanced RCC
Purpose:  To compare the efficacy of different combinations of Nexavar, bevacizumab and temsirolimus by assessing differences in disease progression, as well as evaluate other measures of efficacy and safety
