Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ONXX) today announced that it will webcast a teleconference with management to discuss third quarter 2005 financial results and provide a general business overview, including a summary of recent clinical data.   The teleconference is scheduled for Thursday, November 3, 2005, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (5:00 a.m. Pacific Time).  Financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005 will be released on Wednesday, November 2, 2005.
